Any defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions regulated by each manufacturer and their respective warranty. Of course, Juicerville will assist in any way we can in the rare event that there is a problem with your product.
Please review your purchase immediately upon receipt, before use. If your product arrives damaged, please send us an email at sales@juicerville.ca with images of the damages and we will help you get a replacement.
